1. Controller

2. Data we process
- Account: email, display name, password (stored only as a hash), language, plan, sign-up method, IP address at sign-up. With Google sign-in: your Google account ID, email and name. Optional company billing details.
- Sign-in sessions: session token, IP address, browser type; valid for 30 days. Expired sessions are deleted regularly and a session is deleted when you sign out.
- Usage records: time, request type, AI provider and language; for visitors without an account also the IP address, to apply the daily limit. They do not contain the text of your questions. Kept for 12 months.
- Chat history (signed-in users only): your questions and answers, language, conversation title and time. Kept until you delete a conversation or clear your history in the app, or your account is deleted. Questions from visitors without an account are not stored in our database.
- Uploaded files: used temporarily to answer your question and then deleted. Their content may be sent to AI providers as part of your question.
- Payments and invoices: payments are processed by ComGate Payments a.s.; we do not see card details. We keep payment IDs, plan, amount, dates and invoice data (name, address, company IDs if you provide them) for 10 years.
- Emails: service messages only (account, payments, outages, changes to terms), sent from our own mail server.
- Server logs and backups: web server logs (IP address, requests) are kept for 14 days; we keep the last 7 database backups.
- Analytics: only with your consent (section 5).
3. Who receives data
Your questions, together with earlier messages of the same conversation, are sent to external AI providers to generate answers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), Groq, DeepSeek, xAI and Mistral AI (the last two via OpenRouter). Each provider processes data under its own rules, which we do not control: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, DeepSeek, xAI, Mistral AI, OpenRouter. According to its privacy policy, DeepSeek stores and processes data in the People's Republic of China. Data may therefore be processed outside the EU, including in the USA and China, under the rules of the respective provider. Do not enter information you do not want shared with these providers.

For some questions, search queries are also sent to web search and public data services (for example weather or exchange rates).
- Hosting: our server is hosted by EuroServer.sk s.r.o. (Slovakia).
- CDN: traffic to our website passes through Cloudflare.
- Payments and Google: payments via ComGate Payments a.s.; Google for Google sign-in and, only with your consent, analytics.
4. Fonts
Fonts are served from our own domain (through Cloudflare), so loading a page does not open a connection to Google and your IP address is not transmitted to Google.
5. Cookies and local storage
- Necessary:
__nc_session(sign-in, 30 days),nc_consent(your choice),nc_lang(language) and display preferences in your browser. - Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 (
_ga,_ga_*). On your first visit a banner offers equal "Accept" and "Decline" buttons; nothing is loaded before you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as "Decline".
6. Retention
- Sessions — 30 days
- Usage records — 12 months
- Chat history — until you delete it or your account is deleted
- Invoices and payment records — 10 years
- Web server logs — 14 days
- Database backups — the last 7
7. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; account cancellation and deletion are handled on request by email, and we reply within 30 days.
You may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (uoou.sk) or your local authority.
8. United States and other regions
We do not sell personal information. If the law of your region (for example California or other US states) gives you the right to know, access, correct or delete your data, contact [email protected]. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
9. Children
The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data; contact us to have it deleted.
