1. Operator
The NeuralCore AI service (neuralcore-ai.com) is operated by JGOGROUP s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 53275195, Tax ID (DIČ) 2121348449, VAT ID SK2121348449, registered office Smaragdová 3, 851 10 Bratislava – Jarovce, Slovakia, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 148255/B. 2. Service Description
NeuralCore AI is an AI orchestration platform that simultaneously sends your questions to seven language models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Grok, Mistral) and synthesizes the results using a consensus algorithm into a single answer.
3. Pricing Plans
- Without registration — 20 questions per day until further notice
- Free (registered) — 5 questions per day
- Classic — €9.90 / month, 25 questions per day
- Pro — €19.90 / month, 50 questions per day
- Business — €39.90 / month, 150 questions per day, priority support
All plans include all 7 AI models. All prices include VAT.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through ComGate Payments a.s., a licensed payment service provider. Payment is a one-time monthly fee — the subscription does not renew automatically. We will contact you before each new period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fee is charged.
6. Refunds
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to a refund within 14 days of the first payment, if you have not actually used the service. Send your request to [email protected].
7. Prohibited Use
The following is prohibited:
- Sending spam, phishing or deceptive messages
- Generating illegal, hateful or obscene content
- Automated abuse of the API beyond your plan limit
- Any attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without any right to a refund.
8. Content Liability
Responses generated by AI models are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. NeuralCore AI accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI responses.
9. Service Availability
We strive to ensure 24/7 service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
10. Changes to Terms
NeuralCore AI reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified of changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.
